  8. Hi Marianna, in this Hooded Cape pattern after 19 th Row it's written 112 stitches but somehow I am getting 124 stitches why?
Have I made a mistake or is it misprint? Pls help.
I tried my best to find out where I am wrong but I couldn't find.
Should I continue or have to redo it pls let me know. Thanks a lot.
By the way I love your patterns a lot.
    YK.

    1. The 112 stitches is the correct number, if you have more than that look to your increase, you have increased too many stitches. On the repeat section of the pattern, you will increase 2 stitches seven times, so a total of 14 stitches plus the 2 increases on the end section. I tell my students to look to their increase, since that is the most likely way to make an error, you may be wrapping the yarn in the wrong direction and this can cause a double wrap which creates two stitches instead of the one stitch you need. Happy knitting

  9. Hi, I asked you a question in the above txt but didn't receive any answer.
In spite of getting 125 stitches the pattern came out quite well . Was it a misprint in number because it said 112 stitches & I had 125 stitches.
Anyway I finished it & it came out very well. Now I am knitting the hood.
Want to ask U .... After 34 Row we have to repeat last 2 rows 14 times more.
    Here u wrote ...
It's easy to adjust length here. So I have increased it.
Now I want to know if I have increased cape length am I suppose to increase hood length too?
After repeating 1 & 2 row 16 times more now can I increase hood length here? Pls pls reply soon. Thanks a lot in advance.
    YK.
