 Please meet Tiny Ted .............

Tiny Ted

This cute little Ted can be used in a variety of ways ~
  • as a sweet little nursery decoration
  • for a baby-shower
  • as a gender-reveal decoration
  • as a keepsake
  • added to a 'Congratulations on your New Arrival' card .............

With my glasses just to show you the size !

Tiny Ted

I know that a couple of charities (Tigerlily Trust and Simba amongst them) use little teddies like these for keepsakes ~ this is my version. :)

To complete without stuffing (as in the pic above) ~

~ Fold in half and sew around. (I sewed it with right sides facing  - left a little gap to turn it right side out and closed the little gap).

To complete with stuffing ~

~ Fold in half and sew around. (Sew it with right sides facing  - leave a little gap, turn it right side out, add a little polyester toy stuffing, and close the little gap).

Add a ribbon bow around the neck if desired

If you wish to add features ~

Create ears by using a length of the yarn and by sewing a line across the top of the head at each side.

Add features to the face with a darker colour.

I couldn't resist making him a little friend!
