One of my daughter's friends has just had a new baby girl - she is so petite - just 6lb.
And all the newborn sizes are too big !
So I just made these - to welcome her to the world.

Love all of your patterns. My Great Grand-daughter was born with a heart defect. She has had surgery to repair the valve but is still only 7 lbs at a year old. I have made 2 of your patterns so far. I have trouble getting the patterns to readable. I thought I had seen where you had a page just for printing. Am I correct.
ReplyDeleteStay well.

I always copy the pattern then paste it in a word document and keep it in my patterns folder. Printing is no problem then.
DeleteThank you! That is a good idea. Since I don't have Word this time, I'm going to put it in a Google Document.
Deletethanks for sharing your your pattern. I made the Teensy Baby set version I for my grand daughter.
DeleteSo sweet Marianna, thank you for sharing another great pattern. :) xx
ReplyDeleteI love your patterns and am currently supporting a charity that requires small blankets and clothing for tiny babies. This pattern will be perfect. I have used your pattern of this sweet little cardi in bigger sizes and always like how they turn out. Thanks for all your lovely patterns. xox
ReplyDeleteyou are an inspiration to me to keep knitting.. your patterns are the only ones that i use... i just love your stuff
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your beautiful patterns! I would like to try a headband for a 8-12 lb baby, how many do I increase for the cast on stitches?
ReplyDeleteI adore this set so much, but I would really love to know how many cast on stitches should be increased for these patterns because I want to make this set for a normal size new born. thank you for sharing this
ReplyDeleteTo print all you have to do is copy and paste to a word doc.
ReplyDeleteJust started knitting for premature babies, the patterns are just perfect, wont have to look anywhere else. Thanks a million
ReplyDeleteFor those of you wanting to save the pattern. I use my IPad and open the pattern in
ReplyDeleteSafari and save it to my iBooks. That way I can enlarge it for easier readability.
I had a lot of fun knitting this pattern does it come in larger sizes?
ReplyDeleteto print all you need to do is press ctrl button and the p button (ctrl + P)at same time this brings up the print options page its really not that hard a task to do
ReplyDeleteI'm knitting for single mother and or abused women and I thank you for your free patterns for baby. But when I print your patterns Do I have to get the comments because I find them a waste of paper from my copy machine?? Is there a way to stop coping them and to just copy small sizes and not get the larger sizes? Please help. I read the comment before I print them, I don't need them on paper. Thanks Ellen
ReplyDeleteAt the bottom of each pattern there is a green 'Print Friendly' button. Use this and i will be much better. M
