Quick & Easy Knitted Gift Bags

The countdown to Christmas has begun in my craftroom.  :)

I love giving gifts ~ and I think even small gifts can be presented in a fun way !

These cute gift bags are knitted with 2 DK yarns knitted together - so they are quick to make.

Repeat these 2 rows until work measures 9” (23cm) for an Mini Prosecco Bottle (20cl)

Next Row:   S1, purl to last st, k1

Next Row:   S1, purl to last st, k1

Next Row:   S1, knit to end of row

Cast off knitwise

Fold in half lengthwise and join the bottom seam

Join the side seam

Darn away ends

Thread a pretty ribbon through the eyelet holes and tie in a bow, or make a crochet chain of around 16" in length

You can fill these easy to knit gift bags with all sorts of little gifts – simply adjust the length to suit.
