A charity group has asked me for a crochet pattern for very tiny baby hats, using UK terminology. These are for Angel Babies who are sadly born too soon.
The smallest measures just 2½“

Thank you Marianne, a lovely pattern x
ReplyDeleteMy son was born at 16 weeks and none of the bonnets or hats offered fitted him. I don't know how to crochet or knit but I am going to learn so I can make hats to fit other 16 week babies. Should I just reduce the size of your 17 to 19 week pattern?
ReplyDeletethat is such a sadness.
DeleteMaking some tint hats is a lovely thing to do !
The smallest size can be made with a thinner crochet hook and that will make it a little smaller in finished size.
