Things change........ That is life!
Those of you who have followed me for a long time will know that I try to keep up with the changing needs of the hospitals, by adapting or adding to my pattern list.
Way back in 2014 - the need was for short-sleeved preemie tops and I know that hundreds of my baby tops have been knitted and donated.
Currently, the hospitals are asking for long-sleeved preemie cardigans that button all the way down the front.
So - I have adapted Tiny Topaz and here is my new version - in small, medium and large premature baby sizes.
It is such a simple to knit pattern.

ReplyDeleteI try the willow baby hat, your instructions were very easy to understand and follow. Thank you, the hat came out beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHi, love this pattern. Do you have the pattern for bigger sizes please?
ReplyDeleteWhat is Kfb? Also what is yarn? I’m an amateur and can do plain and purl but haven’t heard of the first two. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHello Kfb = Knit front and back of the stitch. So you would knit the stitch as normal but don't remove stitch from the needle. Then you put your right hand needle into the back part of the stitch knit that and then take stitch off left hand needle.
DeleteYarn= Whatever type of thread you are using to make your knitted item in.
I hope this helps
