ReplyDeleteHi what do you mean by S1 please?
ReplyDeleteSLIP the stitch. Just slide the stitch onto the other needle without doing anything to it
ReplyDeletehi, i'm confused with the sleeves on the 0-3 months size - it says cast on 27 and then knit 6 rows in garter stitch and then 36 rows in stocking stitch, increasing one stitch at each end of 5th, 11th, 17th and 23rd rows to end with 25 stitches but if you're only adding 4 stitches you end up with 31 stitches not 35, am i going wrong somewhere?
ReplyDeleteYes , its add stich at EACH end , therefore 4 added twice making 27 + 8 =35
Delete4 rows you are increasing . Adding one at each end =x 2 & 4 rows = 8 . 27 + 8 is 35 . I know is post was set almost 2 months ago . I how your knit came out well ;)
ReplyDeletehi only just saw your comment, thankyou i missed the each end part and only saw the end - i never gave it a go in the end but i will now thankyou x
DeleteDo you have any patterns for 12 month old.
ReplyDeleteI am a beginner and have knit up to where the pattern row 42 after you change back to 4 mm needles. I do not understand this row. I have the 2 sleeves done but how do you attach? How do you purl 29 stitches from the first sleeve?
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Janet
Beautiful pattern! Have knitted 2 of them. Thank you so much for sharing xxc
