Cut off the yarn, leaving a ‘tail’

With a yarn needle, pull the yarn through all the remaining loops and secure

Sew up back seam, and weave in ends

Stuff the head with a little polyester stuffing

Using a length of yarn (10” – 12”) on a yarn needle, weave it in and out around the neck.

Pull it in and tie it off to secure the head. (I use this tail to attach the wings, so don’t cut it off)

To make the Wings ~

Cast on 29sts

Knit a row

K2tog, knit to last 2sts, k2tog

Repeat the last row until 13sts remain

Cast off

Weave in ends

Join the wings to the centre back of the body with a line of little stitches.

To make a Halo (optional) ~

Cast on 26sts

Cast off

Join to make a circle

Stitch the Halo on to the top of the Angel’s head

Two Colour Angel

Instructions:

Follow the instructions above, with the following modifications ~
