Mystery Knits

Sometimes - on a Friday Night - and just for fun ! - I add a Mystery Knit to my blog pages :)
I give a pattern, but with NO name or description.
So ……. you knit it ‘blind’ and see what results!
If that sounds fun - then please join in !

Mystery Knit #15 is in several parts -
you can knit each individually, or combine them for a bigger project.

I am happy for you to use my patterns for your own use or for charity donations.
In addition:  You can gift or sell any finished items you make from my patterns.

However, please do not copy my patterns

  4. Thank you for all the various patterns that you have done. I do various patterns for the Neonatal at our local hospital ie cardigans, hats bootees little dresses and other things that they require and know I can find something different on this site.

    1. Thank you. I love sharing my ideas and patterns ....... and knowing that they are used and enjoyed makes all the hard work so worthwhile. M x

  5. I love your preemie patterns. One question, do you have a size/weight chart as to what you mean by a "small preemie", "medium preemie", etc? If not, could you come up with one? Thanks, that would help me and the hospital I knit for to know where to start when sizing an outfit.

    1. Small Preemie Babies ~ 1.5 - 3.5lb / 0.7 - 1.6kg
      Medium Preemie Babies ~ 3.5 - 5.5lb / 1.6 - 2.5kg
      Large Preemie Babies ~ 5.5 - 7.5lb / 2.5 - 3.4kg

      Newborn Babies ~ 7.5 - 10lb / 3.4 - 4.5kg

  6. Can I assume the S1 is done purl wise. Thanks for the clarification

    1. I slip the first stitch knitwise.
But this is not important - use whichever method works best for you :) M
