I am enjoying knitting this baby blanket.

Normally I don't share my patterns until I have completed them, but loads of you are waiting for this pattern, so here it is.
A work in progress .........

Whitby Baby Blanket

Requirements ~

DK (8ply) yarn          I used 150g of acrylic DK for the 24" size blanket

4mm needles

Tension ~

24sts = 4” (10cm)

Measurements ~

Width:        16", 20”, 24” or 28”

Length:      adjustable ......... I usually make blankets a little longer than their width

For a blanket of 16”          ~        cast on 96sts

For a blanket of 20”          ~        cast on 120sts

For a blanket of 24”          ~        cast on 144sts

For a blanket of 28”          ~        cast on 168sts
