Height: 7 ½ “ (19cm)
Requirements:
Around 28 - 30g of DK yarn
4mm needles
Pattern:
Cast on 79sts
1st Row: S1, knit to end of row
Repeat this row 11 times more
13th Row: S1, *k13, p13, repeat from * to end
14th Row: S1, k12, * p13, k13, repeat from * to last 14sts, p13, k1
Repeat the last 2 rows 15 times more
(Work should now measure around 6” – it is easy to adjust the length here)

Next Row: S1, *s1, k1, psso, k9, k2tog, p2tog, p9, p2tog, repeat from * to end (67sts)
Next Row: S1, k10, * p11, k11, repeat from * to last 12sts, p11, k1
Next Row: S1, *s1, k1, psso, k7, k2tog, p2tog, p7, p2tog, repeat from * to end (55sts)
Next Row: S1, k8, * p9, k9, repeat from * to last 10sts, p9, k1
Next Row: S1, *s1, k1, psso, k5, k2tog, p2tog, p5, p2tog, repeat from * to end (43sts)

Cut the yarn leaving a ‘tail’.
With a yarn needle, pull the yarn through all the remaining loops and secure
Sew up side seam and weave in ends.

ReplyDeleteThis so pretty. On Ravelry it says it's a pattern for girls 4-10 and with some grand daughters of 4 and 6 as well as ac1 yr old I would love to be able to knit this for all of them. Will you be supplying the measurements for bigger sizes please. I do so love your patterns. Thank you
