These sweet little dresses are ideal for a babies or baby dolls !

Measurements~
Width 11",   Length  8" 

Requires~ 
30g DK yarn, or any yarn that knits to a tension of 22sts = 4” (10cm)
4mm needles
2 small buttons

This little baby dress is knitted top-down

Top Tips:
Cast off loosely on row 26 for the cap sleeves – if you find this difficult – use a larger needle         

If you use a circular needle – you can knit the lower half of the dress in the round to avoid having a seam to join    - from row 28 onwards

Row 3              K2, yo, k2 tog (makes a buttonhole), knit to end of row

  6. I have just finished this pattern and it is beautiful in mint green. I also found out accidentally that the reverse side of the yolk pattern is even prettier. Thanks Marianna another perfect pattern.
