For the sleeves – (make both alike)
Rejoin yarn to 23sts for the sleeve – tc across 23sts PLUS
one st at each side, slip stitch to join (25sts)
Work 2 rounds on these 25sts
Decrease one st on next round (24sts)
Work 2 more rounds on these 24sts
Decrease one st on next round (23sts)
Work 2 more rounds on these 24sts
Decrease one st on next round (22sts)
Work 1 more round on these 22sts
Cut yarn and finish off
For the borders –
Using a contrast colour, dc all around jacket and both sleeve edges.
